[GM] Positions

How will you go about selecting [GM]s?
Friends or will there be an application section?

Hello,
Firstly i will finish the Server.
If it's finished i will search 'Assistants' like in ECSRO.
They will not have any special skills.
If I see that the Assistant is ready to be GM, i will promote him.
Here will be no Application Thread.

I will do only an Application Thread for Moderators in the new Forum.
But i won't make any GM Application threads.

So how will you search for assistants if you are not looking for any skill?

I would like to use the items or asistant gm. I was once on the trade helper Ecsro VIP. In Silkroad already play long enough to start playing private serverach between the Ecsro VIP. I come from Polish, so there is no problem to translate text or info on the Polish language. English is spoken quite fluently. If it were possible to obtain such a position, please reply.

Oh god, I've always wanted to get rid of bots! Please get GM's once this server starts up and becomes active!
